2. Scope of Services
UmbraCore Solutions provides high-tier IT services. Detailed scopes of work for specific projects in Network Infrastructure or Data Management will be governed by supplementary Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) executed between the client and UmbraCore Solutions.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided for accessing our cloud portals. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos on this site, including the UmbraCore Solutions brand, are the intellectual property of UmbraCore Solutions unless otherwise stated. No portion of this site may be reproduced without express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
UmbraCore Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or technical services. While we strive for 99.9% uptime for our cloud solutions, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
6. Cybersecurity Disclaimer
While our cybersecurity measures are designed to provide robust protection against modern threats, no system is entirely impenetrable. Our liability in the event of a breach is limited to the terms specified in your individual service contract.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the competent courts within that jurisdiction.
